Our Prima office staff has experience ranging from 2-20+ years and are responsible for all day-to-day operations in the greater Dayton area. Specializing in all aspects of tenant placement, relations, and customer service. We are happy to help you find a home and love welcoming new military families to the Dayton area.

For investments, purchases, and sales, Jeremiah is a licensed Realtor in the state of Ohio with 10+ years experience helping real estate investors and homeowners find the right property in the greater Dayton area. He also has 30+ years experience in engineering, general construction, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Colorado Manager

Licensed principal broker with 20+ years of experience in real estate. She oversees the day-to-day activities of all management operations. She specializes as a listing and buying broker in the Colorado Springs area.
